Tax Exempt Organizations

If your organization is tax exempt, we'll just need you to email or upload your tax exemption certificate. 

You can email it to accounting@eventgroove.com, or you can upload it into your account.  To upload it to your account, sign into the account and then go to your account info.  You can use the Tax Exemption link on the left side of the page to upload your document.  Our accounting team can usually review it within a business day and let you know if it is validated or if they need more/different info.

If you need to place the order urgently, we can refund the tax cost once your exemption is verified.  

Good to know:  The nonprofit discount is attained by entering your EIN and not your tax exemption number.
